Live Oak’s pepper program is on the rise. We’re investing in new varieties and new methods of production that are rooted in bringing a better pepper to market. Our production has increased each year because of the demand for our thick-walled and tightly sized bell peppers. We’ve recently expanded our red bell pepper production as well to meet the demand for sweet, crisp, red peppers. Our 2020 season started in April, with green and red bell peppers grown in Coachella.

- Le Grand packed Bells are always washed. All Bells are packed under exacting GFSI food safety standards. Our Organic Operations are CCOF Certified.
- Le Grand packed Bells are sized and graded using cutting edge Aweta Advanced Vision systems 3-D cameras, that capture more surface area of each pepper, noting defects, color, and size, for a better, more consistent pack.
- Flexible pack-to order capabilities: RPCs, Euro display ready cartons that are premium graded.
- Elongated red and blocky yellow bells that are big on flavor. Limited supplies of Shadehouse-grown blocky red peppers and organic green bell peppers.
