All farms and packing facilities are audited to the GFSI-benchmarked Primus GFS 2.1.2 standard.  Our food safety management systems, Good Agricultural Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices are validated by SCS Global Services , a world-wide leader in independent third-party food safety auditing. In 2016, our ranches scored better than 99% and our packing operations at 99%.

Our commitment to food safety goes beyond the audit, with frequent scheduled assessments and environmental monitoring t that would help identify any potential food safety risk in our tomato or pepper operations. To learn more, contact Marianna Moreno, our Food Safety Coordinator.
